Being a Veteran of the United States Navy and it being Veteran's Day I felt the need to express myself today. I'm not talking about the American Dream of buying a home but the ability to excel in life by having the same opportunities as any other American.
I have my own dream and that is to help Small Business Owners (SBO) have a fighting chance to compete against the big businesses with the large disposable incomes to dominate the internet world. My question is this... Wasn't America built on the backs of the Small Business Owner? Even the government has figured this out and is trying to get the Small Business Owner back on the map.
I would like to encourage people with dreams to follow those dreams and dream bigger. You can read all the "Self Help" books you want to in the world, and listen to everyone else's advice, but at the end of the day the easiest answer is the one you figure out for yourself.
Whatever it takes to motivate you be it your Spouse, Children, Money, or Items it doesn't matter. I strongly suggest that you take that motivational thing and put a reminder in front of you everyday no matter what it takes to do so. For Example, get yourself a dry eraser marker and write this on your bathroom mirror, "I'm going to have a successful day today." What will eventually happen is that all your discussions will be based around that thought process.
My hope is that this post will help at least someone somewhere. Have a great Veteran's Day everyone. Just remember to thank a Veteran today. Everyone at least knows one.
